By Council Member Perkins: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Application no. 20030528 HDM shall be subject to review by the Council.
