By Council Member Barron: Pursuant to Rule 11.20(b) of the Council and Section 197-d (b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby resolves that the action of the City Planning Commission on Uniform Land Use Procedure Application Number 20030011 MMK shall be subject to Council review.
